Client Help: Securely Sending Tax Documents to Your Tax Preparer at H+P

Hello valued H+P client!  We’re happy you’re here!  Our secure Client Center is an amazing feature that gives you quick access to your H+P Client Portal.  Below is a tutorial on securely sending documents to your tax preparer via HPAdvisors.com.

In order to transfer documents securely to your tax preparer, you’ll first open an internet browser.  Navigate to our website, www.hpadvisors.com, where you will have the ability to log in to our secure client center.

Type your username and password to securely log in.  Once you have logged in, you will see “Client Flow” on the left side of the screen.  Once you click on Client Flow you will see the tax return clients available to you.

**If you do not see “Client Flow” on the left, contact your tax preparer immediately to have this feature added to your Client Center login.

Now, let’s go over how to securely upload documents to your tax preparer.  If you’re wanting to upload a file for your dental practice, you’ll choose your dental practice company name.

From there, you will choose the UPLOAD button.

Once the upload box opens, you will choose “Select Files”.  Now, navigate to the files you wish to upload to your tax preparer.  Choose the file(s) you wish to upload and click “Upload”.  Your files will be placed in your Client Center, and your tax preparer will receive a notification that you’ve uploaded documents.

That’s it!  You’re all done.  You’ve successfully and securely uploaded files on the H+P Client Portal.
